Jack Trench will set his expertise in context by leading Year 5 students at London Fields Primary School to explore the future of food and the kitchen space: where food comes from, its preparation, consumption, and disposal, all set in the challenging world of extreme climate in 25 years’ time. He will be joined by experts in the sustainable design and eco-food fields. The children will create their own concepts for future food preparation and eating.
