Our team
Climate Change All Change is run by a small group of passionate designers, educators and administrators who are committed to developing creative, practical responses to the climate crisis. They are supported by expert consultants and volunteers.
Kimberly Safford
CCAC Secretary and Trustee
Kimberly is an Honorary Associate of The Open University, formerly Senior Lecturer in Education Studies. She is interested in ‘climate literacy’: the basic facts about atmospheric science, greenhouse gases and the carbon cycle, that everyone should understand. Kimberly supports CCAC designers to plan and reflect on their activities in schools, how to make their knowledge and skills accessible to children, and how to work collaboratively with teachers. She joined Climate Change All Change because the climate crisis is the biggest threat to children’s wellbeing. Working with a creative designer, children can imagine and create a sustainable future.
DaeWha Kang BA MArch ARB RIBA
CCAC Trustee and Treasurer
Artist and designer DaeWha Kang founded his architectural practice in 2014 with the goal of improving wellbeing through beautiful and innovative design. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, DaeWha Kang has always felt a very strong connection with nature and the environment. His work focuses strongly on sustainability and designing with long-term thinking in mind. In 2019, David and DaeWha Kang set up CCAC with the aim of moving hearts, not only minds. DaeWha Kang made the commitment to CCAC to ensure his son can have a bright and flourishing future in a hospitable world.

Prior to becoming a consultant, she was Development Director at English National Ballet, English National Opera, and Somerset House Trust, and held senior corporate fundraising roles at V&A and Tate. She lives in London and is also a Trustee of the Akram Khan Dance Company and Punchdrunk Enrichment.
Linda Lloyd Jones MBE FRSA
CCAC Honorary Officer
When Climate Change All Change was conceived, Linda was very pleased to become the charity’s Honorary Officer, assisting with governance and administration. Having had the good fortune to be in the company of artists and designers throughout her career Linda has seen first-hand the impact of ethical and beneficial design on our environment. As today’s children will inherit a world very different to the one her generation knew, it is imperative to equip them to take on the climate challenge in a positive and agentive way. CCAC is pioneering this approach.
David Lloyd Jones AADip RIBA FRSA
CCAC Chair and Trustee
David is an architect and environmentalist. Global research and findings in the late 1970s alerted him to the negative impact of conventional building design and construction on our environment and climate. David has spent much of his professional career designing green demonstration projects, presenting papers, participating in international research programmes, writing books, proselytising for greater care of our planet, and advocating for a reassessment of priorities and imaginative design. Frustrated by the slow progress towards a regenerative future he looked to those that will be most affected, school children, and to find a way to help them channel their concern for the future through design initiatives into positive proactive activity. DaeWha and David got together and set up Climate Change All Change.
Francesco Anselmo
CCAC Trustee
Francesco Anselmo studied architectural engineering and lighting design in Italy and Sweden. His extensive experience is backed by a PhD in Environmental and Building Physics, more than 17 years of working with Arup as lighting, interaction designer and smart building specialist, and eight years of teaching at the Architectural Association. Francesco has recently joined Google to develop open source standards and digital tools for the built environment.
