Throughout 2022, researchers from Kings College London (KCL), Melissa Glackin, Heather King and Lucy Wood evaluated the 5 Climate Change All Change co-design collaborations with primary schools. This entailed attending co-design classes, interviewing teachers, students and designer, analysing data, and drawing up their conclusions and recommendations. They provided a comprehensive main report and a summary report. An academic paper is in preparation.
These reports were very supportive of the co-design model and the way it was delivered. The conclusions are underpinned by quotations from interviews. Helpful recommendations were made and CCAC has used these to refine the content of the current expansion programme.
A download copy of the Summary Report is available from this website – see Resources.
