Sale’s young climate design heroes lead the way in Manchester

Sale Super Gherkin?

Architects from Levitt Bernstein joined Springfield Primary School in Sale for a co-design collaboration covering life in the neighbourhood of the school in a climate changed world in 2050. The programme got off to an auspicious start, with three volunteer designers from Levitt Bernstein introducing the transformative project to Year 5 children and their teachers.

Deputy head Andrew Moth’s reaction to the first day:

“Just wanted to say what a fantastic start to the CCAC project at Springfield today!

The children and staff were absolutely buzzing! The ideas, inspiration and vocabulary were incredible! Can’t wait for next week!”
