Stem educator Bren Hellier joins CCAC Expansion Programme

We welcome primary educator, Bren Hellier, to CCAC. She will be working alongside the co-design teams as we embark on our 2023-26 scaling stage. Eight schools are already underway.

It can be daunting for the uninitiated to engage with a class of expectant nine and ten-year olds and their teachers, so Bren will be helping our designers to prepare their courses, sit in on some of their sessions, review the results, and offer advice.

Designers come to us brimming with ideas about ways they can project their discipline into a future of challenging climate change. Bren’s expertise guides them to translate their professional vision into age-appropriate stimulating classroom activities.

Bren will bracket each co-design collaboration with a simple student and teacher base and endline survey. Findings will refine and improve our ongoing programme.
